I provide advice, guidance, and training on digital leadership and culture as well as managing a team of subject specialists.
Our programme exists to inspire, support, and develop effective digital leaders who nurture healthy digital cultures that enable communication and collaboration as well as new possibilities that can only be realised in a digital world.
Background
I am an experienced leader and manager having worked and led teams in both secondary and higher education. I am an experienced leadership and management developer and facilitator and I’m also a qualified coach.
I have a particular interest in creating effective hybrid working cultures that are accessible, inclusive, and flexible for all.
