Role
As a relationship manager I ensure that members experience a strong and personalised relationship with Jisc, enabling them to have ready access to our full range of products, services and support, whether inclusive as part of their membership or in addition to any subscription package.
Additionally, I champion our members' needs within Jisc, challenging with respect to members’ requirements so that member 'voice' shapes Jisc's operational and strategic priorities.
Background
I have worked in the education sector in various roles over the past twelve years. I became interested and involved with technology in teaching and learning in my previous role, providing training in the use of digital resources to secondary schools both nationally and internationally. I have worked in partnership with FE colleges and training providers and provided support to post-16 students on apprenticeship and traineeship programmes.
