Role
Alongside the other senior analytics consultants, I support the delivery of learning analytics into educational organisations from pre-sales to deployment and maintaining customer relations. I also use my experience of working in student facing services to provide advice on guidance on using analytics for wellbeing.
Background
I have held various roles in HE and was key to the deployment and development of online induction, attendance monitoring, online SpLD Screening, personal emergency evacuation management, and most recently student engagement analytics solutions. I also spent 15 years as a Halls warden alongside the day job.
