21 October

October's session will be run by Trust and Identity’s own technical and infrastructure specialist. We will cover a brief intro into the ACME protocol, the Sectigo certificate managers ACME and available clients and then close with questions from the group.

About

Whether you are looking to take control of your budgets, save money or make managing your certificates easier by having them all in one place, we’re here to help.

The drop-ins were created as a space for members to ask questions or discuss key changes within the certificate space/key themes amongst the community. We will have a dedicated consultant on the call, as well as members from our certificate team to help untangle any current issues and provide dedicated support and advice.

Sessions and topics

The session will be led by members of our certificate team as well as a certificate consultant and will include time for discussion and questions.

Benefits

  • An opportunity to discuss how others have approached their automation solutions and how they manage their certificate estates effectively.
  • Discuss with technical experts the scope of 90-day change and what you can do to prepare
  • Understand how to use the certificate service to maximise its potential

Joining

This drop-in clinic will be hosted on Zoom. You just need to turn up! In future, we will look to host through teams.

You'll also need a headset or headphones and a microphone.

Who should attend

Attendance is open to anyone from a UK-based organisation who uses the certificate service and has any questions around the service and upcoming policy changes.

What we cover

The clinic is discussion based and relies on participation. You'll get answers to specific technical, administrative and policy issues that you are experiencing either during the session or the team will follow up after the session.
