About the community
Our FE and skills digital sustainability community is a collaborative platform designed for professionals in the further education and skills sectors to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and tackle the challenges of sustainable digital resource usage. Built around the evolving needs of its members, the community provides a space for those working at the intersection of ICT and sustainability to connect, learn, and grow.
We engage regularly through an MS Teams channel and hold informal meetings every two months, featuring a range of topics that explore the overlap between digital technology and environmental responsibility. Our bi-monthly meetings also include guest speakers who bring valuable insights and innovations from the field, offering members the chance to learn from experts and engage in meaningful discussions.
Whether you're an ICT professional, sustainability advocate, or simply curious about these areas, we welcome your participation. Joining the community gives you access to valuable resources, tools, and a network of peers working in the same space. To express your interest and receive invitations to our bi-monthly meetings, as well as access to the community's resources, simply fill out this form.
Who should join?
The community is open to those working in FE and skills who are either senior leaders, work in ICT or sustainability, or have an interest in how the two topics intersect.
