This is an open network enabling people interested in research and the use of evidence to share ideas and work together.
About the community
The learning and skills research network (LSRN) is volunteer led through a network of regional convenors who organise activities (meets and conferences online and in person) at local levels for practitioners to come together, collaborate and share.
Participants are interested in research and the use of evidence in educational practice and the policy environment that affects FE or HE in FE.
The community is bound together by common purposes and values.
The LSRN aims to help people by:
- Demonstrating the value of research and development
- Helping build the capacity of the sector
- Exploring ways of increasing the influence of findings
Who can join?
Teachers, lecturers and support roles in FE and HE with an interest in research and use of evidence relating to the FE sector in its broadest sense.
